On XX/XX/2023 I applied for the mortgage modification/forbearance program with my mortgage servicer, XXXX Mortgage XXXX I was approved and accepted and received an extension through XX/XX/2023 and was instructed not to make payments until then. I was approved and the company even played back a recorded call to confirm that that is what I was told ( see attached ) On my Credit Report, all XXXX major credit bureaus have derogatory information showing that I missed/non payment for my Mortgage with XXXX for XXXX XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 Please remove the non payment for those months as I was in a modification/forbearance program and was approved and told by my mortgage company not to make payments during that time. I have attached supporting documentation of the mortgage company confirming that a XXXX representative told me to do so and the modification document saying when my first payment will be due. This is a bad practice and predatory for the bank to tell me that my credit would not be impacted because I was going through hardship and in forbearance but instead did the opposite.
