I received a letter from DOJ concerning a breach that might include some of my personal information. I called the phone number in the letter and when it was mentioned that I needed use texting ( a cell phone ), I asked if there was an alternate way ( I don't have a cell ), the person became evasive and disrespectful. From my perspective, this company seems to acting as a shill for cell phone companies.
