On XX/XX/2024, I received confidential mail that was addressed to another customer of CitizensBank. Copy attached. This is a violation of the privacy of these customers. When I reported it to XXXX, in the office of the Chairman of Citizens Bank, she said ooops and asked me to send it back. Just last week, she sent a XXXX addressed to me ( which she said contained a label so I could return the other customers mail ) to an address that I have not lived at for 5 years. When I contacted her about that, she said ooops again. I have no idea what personal information of mine was in that XXXX, who opened it or where it is. This is a violation of my privacy.
