I have been contacting Experien for several months about the incorrect and inconsistency in my address my address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX on my personal information with Experien they have my address as XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX this is incorrect and not accurate I asked for this address to be removed and delete it off my file when I talked to Experien and they informed me that the address was deleted but I am still able to see the address on my personal information this address should not be appearing when I log in on the website it XXXX XXXX my correct address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX they also have on my credit report when I open my file with Experien they have another address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX when I log in on the website with Experien it gives me a message saying that my information is not matching up with the lenders which mean I have been locked out of my account and unable to see my score or to maintain my credit I ask for all this to be corrected but I keep getting lied to and they refused to let me into my credit file by refusing to update my address and deleting these addresses I do not want these addresses updated I need this address to be delete it off my file so that when I login with Experien on the website I am able to maintain my credit and look over my files and see the correct information The report number # XXXX please help me
