Mr Cooper received the mortgage from XXXX of which my payment was approx XXXX. They immediately raised my payment to XXXX because they put forced place insurance on the house eventhough I have insurance from XXXX for the previous 2 years. I have called them twice over the past 3 months and have gone online a couple of times also.
