I had tried to make my mortgage payment and for whatever reason it didn't go through. I tried to contact them to see if there was something wrong with their system. I believe that they had a problem with excepting payments online. They accepted and posted the payment on the XXXX of the next month so it was reported late. So, I asked them to remove the late from my credit report as a courtesy. I believe that they did this on purpose for whatever reason. This has caused a hardship because I wanted to pull a small amount of money with a heloc and now I can't do it because of their online payment system
