I currently owe something around XXXX a XXXX for what is essentially a loan for a XXXX XXXX camp that I did through a university. I am permanently XXXX and not really able to pay my bills and have been trying to work with EdAid to get some kind of a permanent reduction in what I owe so that I don't have to default. They've been unwilling to do that and also have an unwilling to remove my bank account information from their system. I can't seem to find any other way to do it and they insist my checking account information has to stay in there. I would rather default than have them take away the last little bit of money that I have since I need that to pay my food, utilities, rent etc and don't want to be homeless just to pay off a debt for a meaningless, useless XXXX XXXX camp certificate to a company that seems inflexible and not super interested in helping me.
