Still Charging for PMI. XXXX is 66 % PMI requirements are for 78 % and above. Shellpoint will not remove PMI. Have been trying to get this removed for over 1 year ( XX/XX/XXXX ). In XXXX filed for XXXX XXXX. Shellpoint Customer Service XXXX XXXX completed my request incorrectly and my account showed late payments. I called and worked with a Supv XXXX XXXX to resolve. She reportedly fixed all the issues including correcting my credit report. She could not understand why the PMI would not be removed. Letter from Shellpoint said I had a late payment and that was why my PMI would not be removed. This is incorrect and I reached a Supv XXXX XXXX XXXX to resolve. She stated she did. Still no PMI removal. XX/XX/XXXX paid {$190.00} for home appraisal for PMI removal per letter from Shellpoint. This never occurred and my money was not refunded! XX/XX/XXXX XXXXSpoke with Supv XXXX XXXX XXXX. She read all my issues and file and agreed with me that the PMI should be removed. She build a file and case for investigation # XXXX with XXXX XXXX. No contact thru today XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XXXXSpoke with Supv XXXX XXXX she said complaint was cancelled and PMI was not going to be removed because of the late payment noted above. I had to explain again the issue and she said she would send an email to XXXX. Resolve : 1 ) Fix my account records at Shellpoint to properly reflect the account situation and XXXX XXXX. 2 ) Remove PMI per my contract, I have met the obligation. 3 ) Refund my appraisal fee {$190.00}. 4 ) Refund me my monthly PMI that has illegally been collected by Shellpoint since XXXX of XXXX at $ XXXX per month = {$6700.00} +
