My name is XXXX XXXX. I have bank with, now Wells Fargo, initially with XXXX XXXX and then Wachovia in duration of over 24 years. I have never filed for a fraudulent claim till this past couple of weeks. I was robbed in XXXX XXXX, My phone and my cards got stolen. My cards, both credits and Debits cards, were used to make several unauthorized charges. There were unauthorized XXXX and wiring of money from my accounts. I filed a complaints with the bank to informed them of the theft, and the unauthorized use of funds from my account. My charges were separated into several claims, as each type of transaction is handled by different department. XXXX was wired from one of my accounts, total of XXXX XXXX from few different accounts, and XXXX from business account. These are all from Wells Fargo account. Claim numbers were given me... .after waiting for 10 days. I was denied the claim. I was told, that I made transactions myself or I authorized someone to use my accounts. These were completely untruthful. Another Banking company had same information as Wells Fargo. They concluded that Charges were in fact fraudulent. I feel I was not heard, brushed away, and my claims were not taken serious and rather denied. This is very unsettling.
