On the morning of XX/XX/2024, I opened my Money Network app to check my balance. I woke up to find that my entire account had been cleared out. I saw that there was a transfer made for the amount of {$1300.00} ; to a personal bank account. I did not make this transaction. Not only did I not make that transaction, I have no clue what bank account it was transferred to. I immediately called Money Network to file a dispute for the transaction. This transaction was obviously theft. A representative from money network then closed my account, and told me that she would mail out a dispute form. It took almost XXXX weeks for the dispute form to show up in the mail. Once the dispute form arrived, i filled out all of the information and emailed it back to Money Network. I ended up receiving a denial letter for my dispute in the mail ; before Money Network even received my filled out dispute form. The denial letter stated that Money Network had found " no error had occurred " and closed out my dispute. Money network did not provide any information or proof, of how they came to that conclusion. I tried calling Money Network to talk to some one about the denial letter. Every time i would talk to some one, they would brush me off ; so i would ask for a supervisor. Every time I asked for a supervisor, they would just hang up on me - or transfer me to the California XXXX hotline. At this point, I am absolutely fed up with Money Network. Somebody stole all of my money, and Money Network refuses to do anything about it. I am currently out of work with a XXXX. It is horrible that Money Network would let something like this happen ; and not do anything to resolve the issue.
