On XX/XX/2024 I sent a certified letter to the credit bureaus certified number is : EXPERIAN - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Also on XX/XX/2024 XXXX sent a second certified letter XXXX the credit bureau XXXX certified number is : EXPERIAN - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was still conducting their investigation from XXXX. The credit bureaus stated account name and account number : XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NATLCRSYS- XXXX was properly investigation XXXX but how is that possible? If the open date is an accurate, the date less active is an accurate end date last report it is not accurate. This is grounds for removal. They also are violating my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604A section 2 : The law clearly states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I havent given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report as well.
