After do a loan Modification during a rough time, I have paid off all balance besides the forgone balance which was pushed to be due at the maturity of the loan in XXXX. Did not make any payments for a year because balance was shown at XXXX now all the sudden in XXXX of XXXX my account now says balance of XXXX cents, and I would receive calls stating I owed XXXX dollars or XXXX dollars, always a different number. My credit report on XXXX page says account paid in full and XXXX page says balance is {$1.00}. Can't get a direct answer from anyone and all employees answers are different. They have now reported me 30 days late in XXXX and XXXX or XXXX when my remaining balance clearly states it is the forgone balance that is due at maturity of the loan, which is XXXX. I have requested copies of loan mod documents, but they are not willing to Produce them for me. I feel the late marks on my credit are in necessary and I need XXXX answer of what is expected since each person and report and statements all have different information.
