Despite my XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX refuses to acknowledge it and insists on penalizing me for fictitious delinquencies, causing significant emotional distress and financial hardship. Furthermore, on XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion and XXXX reported a late payment to XXXX XXXX and XXXX, despite my timely payment of my car note. This action egregiously violated my consumer rights. Although TransUnion and XXXX corrected the status the following day, my XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX erroneously shows late payments of XXXX days, causing me considerable XXXX XXXX. I am invoking my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1640 and XXXX CFR Part XXXX ( Regulation Z ) to seek civil liability against TransUnion for their unlawful actions. I urge the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to promptly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against TransUnion for their flagrant violations of consumer rights and inaccurate reporting practices. Additionally, I request that TransUnion be compelled to rectify the inaccurate information on my credit report and cease all further harassment and intimidation tactics.
