XXXX XXXX is intentionally reporting incorrect and misleading information. Im beginning to think this is retaliation for not getting another vehicle with this company and or racially motivated. Instead of correcting account status theyve updated my account to look as if payments were past due when in fact they were not Ive attached proof of payments. I actually paid more prior to dealer buy back because thats what I was told to do even though I thought it was odd. I did whatever I was told because I didnt want to negatively affect my credit. The loan original balance, payment history, and account status in INACCURATE and Ive sent proof. I have receipts of payments, recording and text messages.
