A 5TH 3RD BANK EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO GO MAKE A XXXX XXXX OF THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OD A DEBIT CARD, SO THATS WHAT I DID AFTER FILLING A ID THEFT REPORT WITH THE XXXX XXXX AND WITH THE XXXX 5TH 3RD STILL REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER PROPERLY I CALLED FOR MONTHS AND ALL I KEPT GETTING WAS 5TH 3RD EMPLOYEE FROM OFFSHORE THEY HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT THEY HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM AND I HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO ME DUE A LANGUAGE BARRIER BROKEN XXXX I WAS TRANSFERRED TO OTHER OFFSHORE 5TH 3RD BANK EMPLOYEE WHO REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME TO A XXXX XXXX AT 5TH 3RD I WAS TOLD THEY CAN SUDMIT A REQUEST BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BEING A VICTIM OF XXXX IS SOMETHING I COULDN'T HELP IT COST ME XXXX XXXX LOST SO I HAD TO WRITE THE PIN # ON THE BACK OF THE CARD WHAT I CANT UNDERSTAND IS WHY 5TH 3RD BANK NEVER CONTACTED ME OF MONEY BEING SPEND ONLINE OR IN DIFFERENT CITYS AND STATES WITH ALL THE CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT FRUDS THEY DIDN'T EVEN PALCE A BLOCK OR A FREEZE ON THE DEBIT CARD THEY JUST ALLOWED THIS TO GO ON. AFTER I WAS TOLD TO GO FILE A THEFT REPORT WITH MY XXXX XXXX STATION AND I SENT THE POLICE REPORT NOTHING EVER HAPPENED ALL I KEPT GETTING WAS UNEXPERIENCED 5TH 3RD EMPLOYESS WHO HAD NO CLUE WITH LACK OF TRAINING THIS IS A MATTER THATBNEEDS EXPLAINED BETTER OF HOW THIS WAS INVESTIGATED AND HOW I WASNT CONTACTED THIS WILL BE THE XXXX REPORT FILED AND THE REPLY TO THE OTHER COMPLAINT WAS THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT
