Per my several attempts to resolve the inaccurate, incorrect information reporting on my credit reports the consumer credit agencies as well has the furnishers is in violation of FCRA, My rights as a consumer is in fact being disregarded despite my continually efforts for this matter to be resolved before taking legal action. XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection on my XXXX XXXX and XXXX and is in direct violation refusing validation despite my request. Also this company is not authorize to do business in the state of Georgia. My request is that these collections are proven validate with an contractual written agreement between this company and myself or the original written copy of the contract from the company the are claiming to represent with my wet signature or delete these collections from my report immediately. Account reporting as charge offs and other accounts are also showing inaccurate and incorrect names addresses and other harmful adverse information. Please delete all accounts immediately. I have attached proof of all violations along with documentation to serve as evidence before taking legal action.
