XX/XX/XXXX a company called XXXX sent me a letter collecting on a debt owed to XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$8800.00}. To my understanding this acts as clear evidence that XXXX XXXX sold this charged off account to a third party debt collection agency in XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent me a letter looking to settle on the debt owed for the amount of {$8800.00}. It is to my understanding this is an illegal practice of XXXX attempting to collect on a debt they have already sold off more than once. At this time as of XX/XX/XXXX, I am requesting that XXXX, Experian and XXXX permanently REMOVE this account with XXXX as it clear that XXXX XXXX is illegally trying to collect on a debt that was already sold. I have attached the supporting documents reflecting the letters from both companies as well as the reporting of the account in question by each credit bureaus that reflects inaccurate reporting as well. Failure to remove this account will result in legal action being taken.
