Hello, today XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX about a collection owed, I told the person I would pay the remaining debt off but things came up to where I couldn't. I told him I can pay him {$100.00} on Friday XX/XX/2024, he proceeded to tell me that instead he is going to have his lawyer file a law suit. I was telling him stuff happens and I am a single mother of XXXX children and could not pay it all off at one time, he talked to me and threaten me to file a lawsuit and it made me cry because I am already getting garnished and for him to talk to me like that was unacceptable and he hung up in my face.
