Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group Corporation NEVER LOANED ME ANY MONEY TO PURCHASE MY HOME. ( See Banking Statements ). Gold Star has " BREACHED THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT AND REFINANCE AGREEMENT. ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AGREEMENT WAS NOT A CONTRACT, BUT A TRUST AGREEMENT. GOLD STAR MADE IT LOOK LIKE A CONTRACT WHEN IN FACT MY SIGNATURE IS THE ONLY SIGNATURE ON THE AGREEMENT. GOLD STAR MORTGAGE SOLD MY ORIGINAL PROMISSORY NOTE IN XXXX AND ON THE REFINANCE AGREEMENT SOLD THE PROMSSORY NOTE AGAIN FOR XXXX ( See Audit ). XXXX XXXX claims to have my " Promissory Note but in fact it's just a " COPY '', NOT THE ORIGINAL, so XXXX XXXX has no right to claim ownership of any NOTE when it was " SOLD '' I asked for proof of any Loan being given to me and Gold Star will NOT RESPOND BACK TO ME WITH ANY ACTUAL PROOF. XXXX XXXX mailed me a bunch of Copies of my Mortgage and NEVER mailed proof of having any Promissory Note. I had a XXXX XXXX performed on my Mortgage from XX/XX/XXXX and found a lot of Violations, missed assignments on the " Note '', the Note and " Deed Splitting, taking XXXX different paths as well as other Violations of S.E.C. T.I.L.A. RESPA, REGULATION Z VIOLATIONS ( See Audit ). There was NEVER ANY LOAN, SO HOW IS THERE ANY MORTGAE AGREEMENT? ( See Bank Statements ).
