XXXX offered me a lower cell phone account, along with internet. I told them I wasn't sure my son would switch the internet and would they send me a return label. They said " yes. '' A month or so after I got the box for internet, I found the XXXX card and I couldn't do it myself. They wanted me to come into the store and I told them never mind. I asked for a label to return the internet box and they couldn't find my account and told me no. I said I would take it to the store and they said no, I would still have to pay for the box. So, here I sit with this on my credit report and I never used either the XXXX card or the internet at all. Please help me with this dispute. XXXX will not accept this dispute as a good reason to take this off my credit report, but XXXX did. Of course they did- it is not a valid charge.
