Good day, Since filling the claim with the your agency brcause I have not gotten any assistance with the XXXX all I keep getting are response from the bank still trying to hold me accountable eventhough I have sent them documents that clearly shows that the signature on the documents for the vehicle does not match my signature. I am guessing that they are trying to force my hand in having to do a police report but I told them I can not do that because my daughter is a single mother and I can not afford to be the one that send her to XXXX leaving her child. I have suggested that the bank take their vehicle because I asked her to return it and she refuse doing so and I am unable to do anything about it since she doesn't live with me and I have no access to the vehicle. I suspect that they are refusing to take the vehicle because of the large interest rate they stand to gain from the payment but as I have told them, she will be late on her payments because she's very irresponsible. I am unsure how santander gave her a loan because I had helped her take out a vehicle back in XXXX with them and her payment was always late so she turned the vehicle in behind my back stating that she was unable to make the payments yet santander gave her another loan with the same monthly payment and that just doesn't make sense to me. I am begging you to please try to help me, even if you try reaching out to them and talking to them. I do not want to be held accountable for a loan I had nothing to do with and has stated this from the moment I saw the loan on my credit report. Your office seems to be my last resort so I am begging you for your assistance. I will attach a copy of the loan document with the fradulent signature as well as copy of my ID showing my signature if i am able to do so and you will clearly see that the signature on the document is fradulent.
