For the past XXXX XXXX I have been challenging this bankruptcy due to inaccurate verification. I was told by the courts after paying in full it wont show as a judgement because they dont report bankruptcies. Shortly after it appeared on my report. On and off for the past few yrs I have been challenging this by asking to remove because if inaccurate verification. I also sent a letter from the bankruptcy court that they dont report and a letter from XXXX XXXX that they had no information on me in their database. The last dispute was last month and Transunion responded that the information was verified accurately which isnt true. Im asking for help to get this matter resolved and it be removed from all agencies. This is stopping me from purchasing property, getting lines of credit and other things I need in life to better my self.
