The failure of the 3 credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as the credit furnisher to conduct a thorough and complete investigation, and of the furnisher and rental company to respond to my dispute inquiries, is not only frustrating but is a violation of the FCRA, which mandates that all disputable information be investigated and verified accurately. This unresolved matter has adversely affected my ability to secure housing and is damaging my credit standing undeservedly. Given the gravity of this issue and its impact on my life, I am compelled to escalate this matter to higher authorities, including the FTC and Consumer Affairs, and have already filed a complaint with the Fair Housing Authority Authority regarding the illegal reporting of a money judgement without a valid court order
