Im not sure why PNC continues to call me. Since signing the new modification effective XX/XX/2024, PNC has contacted me several times on XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, XX/XX/2024, and XX/XX/2024 when I have been making my monthly payments. PNC has a 15-days grace period policy to make monthly mortgage payments on the website. Late fees will be assessed on the XXXX day of the month. I have been harassed by PNC for whatever it is when Im making payments. Payments are disbursed from my credit union account with the expectation for PNC to receive payment by XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I would need PNC to confirm the dates payments were received from my financial institution. I also need to know, if there is 15 days grace period, why is PNC contacting me every week? Why is PNC reporting false information to the three credit bureaus that my payments are late, causing my credit score to decrease when there is 15 days grace period? In addition, after sending PNC the signed modification documents, they sent me additional documents stating the signed documents received the signature and the notary was in the wrong place or signed incorrectly. I will not be signing any additional documents because I went to a legit notary at my financial institution, and she has signed my documents before. Until PNC reduces the monthly payments back to my original monthly payments, which was {$1300.00}, as I have expressed before, the {$1800.00} per month is not affordable. It is PNCs obligation when applying for modification to make affordable monthly payments to prevent losing the home. I will probably consider resigning the documents for a $ 1300 monthly affordable payment.
