On XXXX, XX/XX/2024, at XXXX XXXX, I received a Digital Federal Credit Union Fraud Alert notifying me of suspicious activity on your XXXX Credit Card ending in XXXX and need to review 1 transaction. Subsequently, I responded NO to whether or not I approved a charge for {$190.00} at XXXX ON XXXX. The following message read Your card has been blocked due to unauthorized use. Nevertheless, the bank paid the unauthorized amount, which I did not discover until late. On XX/XX/2024, I filed a Consumer Complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. DCU Customer Service admitted that most banks would not submit payment but offered no assistance in helping to mitigate the situation. On XX/XX/2024, I filed a Consumer Complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. On XX/XX/2024, at XXXX AM, I spoke with a DCU Customer Service Rep ( XXXX ) XXXX to inquire they were unable to unblock the card used during the transaction in order for XXXX XXXX XXXX to return the monies collected after they received the returned unopened package. Digital Federal Credit Union has remained dismissive in every way regarding this situation, accepting no responsibility nor helping me to recover the monies they paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX
