I have tried on XXXX different occasions to contact them and dispute this debt. I paid off my cell phone and the XXXX XXXX ( who rang me out for the payment of my phone ) that I was free and clear and wouldn't be charged for any services because I am not using them. I have gone above and beyond in doing my due diligence to dispute this and have yet to be contacted back in return. I literally can not get ahold of anyone and tsi 's online dispute portal doesn't work. Like I said, I've done everything in my power to dispute this and am at a loss as to what to do next.
