On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I called the business to pay a auto payment. This was to be my 2nd to last payment. Instead the girl name XXXX told me, " Oh, no your balance is now over XXXX and it's " accurate '' and not what you were thinking because you had some skipped payments and they and interest go onto the back of your loan. '' " So that's what you're looking at now. '' This is NOT 1 payment of {$580.00} that was CONFIRMED last month nor the {$1000.00} that was CONFIRMED by Honda CSR last month when I paid. I requested to speak with a manager. This was " denied ''. XXXX confirmed she was in the XXXX office and then stated, " There is no manager available to speak with you because your account is accurate and you owe this money now. '' " So they're going to tell you the same thing. '' XXXX started to talk over me and get into verbal back and forth as of course I was " shocked '' to hear that she/someone had " opened '' up a " larger amount '' at pay off time. Rather than have me realize my Pay Off THIS MONTH. She acted very casual while telling me I had over {$6000.00} to keep paying on this XXXX XXXX XXXX I been paying on since XXXX!!!!!!!!!!! So a vehicle that was to be FULLY PAID on a FIVE YEAR LOAN is now going WELL OVER THAT AND INTO IT'S 6TH YEAR!!!!!! Someone's trying to STEAL from me and they're Abusing their Access to my Auto Loan to keep it going to keep theyre hands in the pot and force Hardship Debt onto me that should NOT be there. This car should be PAID OFF. There was NO talking to Candy she was obstinent and XXXX and rude and fixated on TELLING me what I had to pay and that it was making NO FURTHER DENT into the loan and the PAY OFF was that much further AWAY. I told her, " This is CONTRARY to what all CSR 's have told me the last XXXX I've called and made payments since XX/XX/XXXX. I also told her, " I'm not going to get into a verbal argument. '' This is insane, I'd been told back in XXXX I had 4 payments left on the account and then it's PAID IN FULL. '' Evidently she/someone doesn't want me to realize my pay off. Each of my last few calls the CSR " CONFIRMED '' this and noted, the balance was just a few payments away from being fully PAID OFF. Each one said, " Congratulations XXXX XXXX XXXX, you're just a few payments away from pay off. '' up through last month I had just {$1000.00} left to pay on it. Suddenly THIS MONTH, last month to pay, a csr is bold and RUDE and firm on telling me there's a increase whether you like it or not. This is " excessive debt collection '' Someone also " restarted '' / '' triggered '' debt collection auto calls that are excessive and constantly 1st thing Saturday morning. These calls were started after my last payment last month and confirmation of soon pay off. Suddenly today there was verbal intent to keep the money coming into XXXX rather than allowing the pay off by demanding and calculating and implementing additional debt. The women was inflexible and even in communication she wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. While I did have some payments that were skipped, I had COVID payments skipped. I did NOT have these many payments skipped that would take my loan back up to any {$5000.00} range and/or over. Neither should there be any interest to that extent except in this instance where My Auto Loan Account is being SINGLED OUT for THEFT by CREATIVE FINANCING AND PUNITIVE FOCUSES which are ALL UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. ALL this additional interest that they've STACKED ON for UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES in order to try to create a BARRIER TO PAY OFF IN THIS RACIST DISCRIMINATORY ACT. I've already PAID over the amount that was due which should've included the payoffs the OTHER CSR 's had been giving me as well. This is unscrupulous acts of some within Honda Financial Services and they've done things like this to me on my Auto Account previously so I'm wondering WHO it is that is INNAPROPRIATELY concerning themselves with My Personal Account Information.
