I was informed via mail from a bankruptcy advertisement that a lawsuit was filed against me from CKS Prime Investments , LLC, in the amount of {$1700.00}. I have no legal contract with them for anything, in fact, I have NEVER even spoken to them. They are illegally holding me responsible for a debt I don't have with them. I sent a correspondence 30+ days ago, and have not received any response. Attached to this complaint is the letter that was sent to them.
