Fortiva Credit Card endorsed by XXXX XXXX : Yearly fee was applied to the account without my notice ( also no balance was held ). New to me as the account was not charged this yearly fee the previous year. Fee was also not marked as a transaction, so could not identify it as a charge. Card closures take days.
