My Ally bank checking account was locked for no reason. I called multiple times, asked what is going on. They told me nothing other than an account specialist will have to call me in one to two business days. I can't pay bills, this is criminal. One customer service rep tried asking me random questions about information that might apply to me as multiple choice. Apparently I didn't answer them correctly because she was unable to authenticate me. They couldn't text my phone either. Don't know why, I have 0 answers and no way to access my money
