I have reported Identity theft along with consumer law violations to Transunion on multiple occasions including on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They HAVE ILLEGALLY IGNORED AND DISMISSED MY DISPUTES! I plan to initiate a lawsuit against Transunion for violating my consumer rights! I have provided Letters, My ID, Social Security Card, and an Identity theft report showing and proving these violations. TransUnion is in violation under 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) Removal of Inaccurate/invalidated Credit Information , 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) - Compliance procedures maximum possible accuracy, and FCRA 605B Under 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( 2 ) - Block of information resulting from Identity Theft stating that the bureau MUST Delete Immediately. TransUnion must be held accountable and Remove these items that violate my rights and uphold the consumer laws put forward.
