hi i am requesting a copy of my retail installment contract including all documents signed the date of transaction, to see if repossession was lawful and legal thanks i need the itemization of the amount financed, on XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XX/XX/11 i called the bank and asked and was hung up on 2 times due to the fact the XXXX who answered the phone didn't like what i said when i have a legal right to this information to please stop being stupid and send me my proper paperwork, OR if i never received the itemization of the amount financed i believe that would make the transaction default and none compliance with the TRUTH IN LEND ACT thanks please don't be stupid
