XXXX setup a payment with XXXX at RSVP Loans to payoff my balance in full of {$640.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Through email correspondence XXXX confirmed that my loan would be paid off in full on that date. That never happened. I've emailed XXXX numerous times since then with no response. Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX a loan payment was deducted from my account in the amount of {$280.00}. This is unacceptable and I feel like unethical if I'm still going to have to pay whatever the remaining balance is. Had there been an option online for me to pay off my loan in full, I would have done so, but there is no option to do that.
