On XX/XX/24 I deposited {$500.00} and on XX/XX/24 someone spent it with a fake company called " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' once I received the notification of the transaction I immediately called chime and they said I couldn't do anything yet because the transaction was still processing. So I goggled " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' and found out the business doesn't exist because I couldn't find the phone number of said business. Once the transaction processed I filed a dispute it was immediately denied with in 3 days so I called Chime and asked why they didn't give me a reason so I asked for them to send me any paperwork on how they did their investigation I didn't receive anything. I called again and they opened the dispute back up and I submitted a police report and information from my email of notifications of someone logging into my chime account. I've opened XXXX disputes for the same {$500.00} transaction and they keep denying them in as little as XXXX hours up to XXXX days. Their website says their investigations take 10-20 days at the latest and 45-90 days at most. So I'm confused on why out of XXXX disputes they deny mines in 12 hours to XXXX days and never send the information on the investigations I requested. More that 2 chime agents told me they know I didn't make the transaction but they keep denying my dispute. I've asked to speak to the supervisor and I've been hung up on 3 times and still have not been able to speak with a supervisor.
