I have been in the dispute process with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for months. Initially I began my disputes with detailed letters explaining several FCRA violations that XXXX is in violation of and how the most important one according to " XXXX XXXX XXXX ( REGULATION V ) ''. In addition to several other FCRA law violations that XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of the one I am bringing up is the consumer right to " opt-out ''. I was never provided any opportunity to opt out of public information sharing or third party information sharing by the creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent them several letters explaining this law and they refused to acknowledge their violations and the breach of consumer privacy. Furthermore they sent me a copy of a contract of which I reviewed and yet there still was not any opt out form or any form bearing my wet ink signature, XXXX XXXX XXXX wet ink signature, or any third party non-affiliate signature allowing my personal private information to be shared. After recognizing letters were not working I began disputes with XXXX directly. Since XXXX of 2024 until current all my disputes have been verified as accurate. I even filed a FTC identity theft report and the account still got verified as accurate. On XX/XX/year> I called XXXX directly specifically the fraud department and asked how is this account being verified as accurate and what paperwork or documents are being provided to you all to verify the account. To my dismay the representative responded and said they do not conduct an investigation, that they send the request to the creditor and the creditor has XXXX days to respond. I asked how can you all report an account that impacts my personal life when you all do not review any documentation or contracts and verify that it coincides with federal law. I was told that everything is through the creditor. I requested to speak with an XXXX XXXX XXXX with whom they connected me to a woman by the name of " XXXX ''. I asked the same information, she very dismissively stated the same as the representative had before and claimed XXXX does not conduct any investigations nor reviews documents or contracts for validity in accordance to FCRA law but pretty much they just take the creditors word for it and reports anything. This has caused me emotional and financial strain as it has impacted my credit score, opportunities to obtain credit, jobs and more. XXXX XXXX XXXX is creating deceptive contracts and violating FCRA and consumer privacy laws as is XXXX XXXX XXXX.
