Collections account from TSI collections appeared on my 3 credit reports, from XXXX XXXX in XXXX It was on a closed account that was paid in full at closing. XXXX XXXX verified paid in full at the time. XXXX decided to " re evaluate '' the account a month after closure and added another XXXX. No mail, phone, voicemails, email, etc notification was sent to my new address ( or same phone and email addresses ). A few weeks ago a collections account from TSI appeared on 3 credit reports, dropping my score over 80 points. I emailed XXXX who said " an adjustment was made a month after you closed the account '' so they sent it to collections 2 plus years after the account was closed. I emailed XXXX letting them know that the account was paid in full, verified as such at the time of closing and that I had received no notification otherwise. I told them that I would pay them immediately and directly, although I disagreed with the bill, but that I wanted the collections removed and to pay it to XXXX. They agreed, sent me a link to pay, which I did immediately. I emailed XXXX again, letting them know it was paid to them via the link provided and to contact the collections agency to remove the collection account from my 2 reports ( I disputed 1 report and it was immediately deleted ). I received notification today that it is now listed as " collections- paid '' from TSI on all credit reports instead of being deleted as a collection account. My credit is still hit for over 30 points due to XXXX XXXX error. I need to have the TSI collection account deleted from all credit reports as promised, as the collection was incorrect and the payment was made to cenhud, who told me that they took it back from collections due to the many errors in the billing.
