A loan was taken out in my name. I did not initiate nor apply for loan. Please see letter I sent to Mosaic Loan Co. ______________________________________________________________________ Sometime in the XXXX of XXXX, a Solar representative named XXXX XXXX, called me to see if I would be interested in placing solar panels on the roof of my home. We set an appt to go over the possibility. However, I was unable to attend that meeting because I had a business work trip to attend. Months later I started receiving a bill from a company called Mosaic. When I called Mosaic on XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to XXXX XXXX out of the XXXX XXXX. She informed me that the loan was initiated by representative XXXX XXXX in order for me to receive solar panel installation from XXXX XXXX. I informed Mosaic that I did not take out a loan, nor did I receive any solar panels on my home. XXXX XXXX informed me that I would have to contact XXXX XXXX to have the loan closed out. Please see attached email from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I was informed by XXXX XXXX, that they would Close Out my solar panel order and inform Mosaic to close the loan. ( Please see attached email from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. ) As of today, I am still receiving bills from Mosaic on a loan I did not apply for, sign for, nor request, for work that I did not ask for, receive, nor want. Please close this FRAUDULENT loan that I did not apply for.
