I reached out to Chime and XXXX for some type of resolution for this unauthorized payment to this website XXXX and the dispute was pretty much shut and closed, Its a online transaction what information could the possible use to prove it was me who made it? A name? Thats point of fraud its called identify theft! Scammers literally get away with anything these days because of the lack of investigation companies use to save theyre own tails for actually helping, They charge you up the XXXX in fees monthly but when it comes down for help they deny you in minutes
