On XXXX XXXX I fax all my paperwork to the company in question. Advising them I'm trying to give them the opportunity to handle this matter between the two of us. They began to tell me their terms and conditions supersede the USC 15 1666 C. Prompt and fair crediting of payment. They also mailed a vague ambiguous letter which I received on XXXX XXXX requesting me to make line with them if I have any questions. This company should also update it inquiry contact information because it is false and misleading representation.
