Back in XXXX i was talking to XXXX when the person had spoken too me i told. them that i am not aware of this account by XXXX account i also told them that's its a identity theft too this. account the lady told me in XX/XX/XXXX that she will be removing off my credit report report file in today on XXXX XXXX XXXX day i had check up on my credit report and its still showing up on my credit report file i call them today and told them that the women that i had spoking with said that she will remove off my credit report file with in 14 days are 30 days most likely it will be off in 14 days i also told them that they are breaking the law because i have a book that congress said that when doing investigation they suppose too ask my neighbors are friends are my associates when doing investigation they not suppose ask the creditors at all.they violated my constitucional rights and also my civil rights as well. I was fighting with this account since XXXX when i found it on my credit report file.
