I WAS INFORMED THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS INVOLVED A IN BREACH AND WAS ADVISED TO CHECK MY CREDIT. I CONTACTED THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES XX/XX/2023 ADVISING OF ACCOUNTS AND REQUESTING VERIFICATION. THESE ACCOUNTS ARE UNVERIFIABLE. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY WRITTEN PERMISSION FOR THIS INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED TO MY PROFILE WHICH IN VIOLATION OF XXXX XXXX XXXX FURNISHING ACCOUNTS IN DIRECT RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT IS IN VIOLATION OF XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I ALSO NOTICED ADDRESSES BEING REPORTED WHERE I NEVER RESIDED, AND REQUESTED THAT THEY BE REMOVED
