I am having trouble getting a customer service representative to speak to me at Freedom Mortgage. Anytime I call, I am constantly put in an endless loop of auto generated messages until I am ultimately disconnected. No one ever calls you back or follows up via email. If you are able to get with someone, they are foreign, rude and don't have answers to your questions more often than not. I have never missed a payment on my mortgage and called in on XX/XX/24 to ask about having my mortgage insurance premium removed and they gave me a roundabout response without actual details. When I asked for a supervisor or manager, they placed me on a long hold and routed me back to square one. It is infuriating.
