This information is false and not accurate. They have not responded to my letter within 30 to 35 days and my tracking number for this letter sent XX/XX/year>. This company has not responded to my letter within 30 to 35 days and my tracking number for this letter is XXXX. Please look into this matter. According to 15 USC 1681i 5 they are supposed to do this ( 5 ) treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information. A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete the item of information from the file of the consumer Delete account From my credit report, as well as all derogatory remarks from my credit report, because of multiple violations of the fair credit reporting act
