Since XXXX I have not been able to access my credit report from Transunion. Through their website service.transunion.com. I Filed a complaint with the cfpb on XX/XX/XXXX. The company responded on XX/XX/XXXX there are certain conditions in which a credit file may not be access online.However I can call ad receive my report via phone. customer service reps and supervisors have recommended me purchasing the credit monitoring product which doesn't make sense because Transition is denying me access to my file while their employees have access to my personal information. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to XXXX XXXX he was very rude and nonchalant. All in the same day I spoke to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX no one was able to help. XX/XX/XXXX I was able to speak to XXXX who was a Supervisor in universal agent department dealing with special handling. He was very nice and was able to transfer me over to a Supervisor name XXXX who told me I had an Fraud mark on my account which wouldn't allow me access to the online services. He stated had removed it and to wait 24hrs and try again. I tried logging on XX/XX/XXXX was not able to get access I called and spoke to someone name XXXX who gave a reference number and transferred me over to XXXX in which she stated that XXXX didn't finished my file and that the fraud mark hasn't been removed for me to gain access. XXXX never Called me back or reached out to try and fix the matter. I called today XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX XXXX who was no help he told me to trying reaching out online because their system is down. I have submitted all the requiring documents to prove my identity as well as answered all security questions. For two years I have been given the run around and denied help to resolving the matter. My rights as a consumer have been revoked serval times. I keep getting sent to the main line because no one wants to resolve this matter. Or I'm getting transferred to someone out the country who gives me the run around or simply disconnects the line. Transunion has been illegally denying my rights per the 607 compliance Procedure 15 U.S.C by THE FCRA. The company also added a fraud alert on my file XX/XX/XXXX after I spoke to a customer service rep. which I didn't contact about no fraud issues or asked for one to be placed on my file. I received an email notification about the matter. This process has stop creditors from accessing my report and me obtaining purchases. I have been emotionally and financially distressed as I am trying to make purchases. I would like to have access to my report as I have with XXXX and XXXX. I have also contacted a lawyer dealing with consumer rights to proceed with legal action against the company due to this matter. I have waited years to have this issue resolved and nothing as been done. I would like to proceed with my life as this matter is taking a complete toll on me mentally. The documents submitted below is proof of the hassle I've been facing with the company.
