I had an account with XXXX XXXX and during the pandemic during this turbulent I fell behind on my payments do to lost of my employment. I have always made on time payments and called XXXX XXXX to see if they could work with me during this hard time in our economy. When speaking with the representative I was told that there wasn't anything that they could do even though we were facing a terrible time as a whole in the economy. As a consumer I would think that the company would be more compassionate during these hard times all I was asking is to have the two payments reversed to show positive payment history since I did make the payments and always held good payment history and never late since this was during the pandemic and at that time company 's was under a order to assist their customers that was under a financial strain and this option was not provided by XXXX XXXX. These marks on my consumer report is effecting me from getting a home which is apart of my mode of living and credit worthiness. Please do an investigation on these payments and promptly have them reverse to show in good standing on my consumer report.
