UNAUTHORIZED XXXX CHARGES XXXX XXXX XXXX debited/assessed XXXX charges to my credit card account ending in XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX, through XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed the charges as I have with XXXX. In the attached letter to me dated XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX reversed all {$2.00} charges to my credit card and which should have also corrected the 30 days late payment XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reported to XXXX, Equifax, XXXX and MY FICO as 30 days late. Since it is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX responsibility to correct the negative reporting, they failed to do so. PLEASE NOTE, THESE CHARGES APPEAR IN THE FORM OF {$2.00} ON IN MY CREDIT REPORT FILES, ALTHOUGH THE ACTUAL CHARGES ARE {$2.00} EACH. XXXX XXXX XXXX removed all charges and reversed the XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX {$2.00} charges and specifically XX/XX/XXXX late fee and late reporting but have failed to report to the credit bureaus to correct the XXXX late payments my credit reports. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, the {$2.00} charge which is being reported as {$2.00} charges to all four ( MYFICO, EQUIFAX, XXXX AND XXXX ) is still reported as XXXX late and reflects as a negative account, reducing my credit scores and making me look like a potentially slow paying customer. This has already caused me negative experiences when applying for financial help. Please have XXXX XXXX XXXX removed these {$2.00} charges removed from all XXXX credit reports ( MYFICO, EQUIFAX, XXXX AND XXXX ), asap as it has negatively affected my credit! PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS AND SCREENSHOTS FOR PROOF! PLEASE HAVE THE LATE PAYMENT REPORTED TO XXXX, EQUIFAX, XXXX AND MYFICO CREDIT BUREAUS CORRECTED TO REPORT AS {$00.00} AND PAID AS AGREED OR REMOVE THE ACCOUNT ALTOGETHER, AS I HAVE BEEN REIMUBURSED BY XXXX XXXX XXXX WHICH IS PROOF THE CHARGE WAS FRAUDULENT BY XXXX. Remove the 30 days late payment for XX/XX/XXXX charge and any other months XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reported from my credit reports, all of them.
