First of all XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX, New York and agent alleged to my son XXXX and I both in person that Equifax came back that we were married which is my son XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX my son falsely arrested in the city of XXXX New York. A police officer takes a picture of his XXXX debit card within a few days. Somebody is alledging with XXXX To be a spouse of mine. The bank checked it out with Equifax Equifax did return never To the bank, XX/XX/XXXX. Logged into my account and this is supposed to be my consumer account from the settlement. I have not been in it since I opened it three years ago to see my credit has been frozen same exact thing that went down in XXXX unknown individual informed all three credit bureaus that I was under XXXX military alert do not extend credit for a period of at least 18 months I have never even enlisted or never allowed to suspect that I had been in the military this is the perpetrators the criminals keep identity. I attempted to find out today why my credit report with Equifax has been frozen and going through the automated system on the phone. It would not get an operator remotely. Somebody else was pushing the options. More importantly in XXXX roughly detective XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX detective unit who is still working for XXXX XXXX at a command center had three Equifax credit report in file, but I was under investigation. So Im asking to get from Equifax in XXXX Georgia to clean up this garbage again that has become repetitive. And check out XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX Since I live within XXXX miles of XXXX, and since there was a personal verbal attack made to me from XXXX XXXX, that XXXX will use her position at XXXX XXXX XXXX department to attack me
