My payment to XXXX of {$20.00} on XX/XX/2024 was canceled. I've called my bank and they said that they have not received any return payments from cashapp because cash app has stopped the return payment. I've tried to find out where and why my money is stopped and have been repeatedly lied to and laughed at and hung up on by cash app customer service representatives. Specifically XXXX and XXXX. I would like to submit complaints on both of them : XXXX and XXXX. I also would like to have my {$20.00} returned to my account. I also feel that because of the difficulties presented by all cash app customer service involved, that I should be compensated further for my troubles. This service is unacceptable and the fact that cash apps own agents have canceled my refund payment is a distinct violation of the cash app terms of service. And the fact that no one can tell me what I did to have my payment canceled is another violation of the cashapp terms of service. The fact that I've been lied to for 3 days is another violation of cashapps policies. Why has my {$20.00} settled in cashapps accounts but not my own? I want my {$20.00} credited to my account today please. I've attached screenshots of supporting information on this transaction from my debit card statements and cashapps application stating that the money has settled but not in either of my accounts.
