I, XXXX XXXX XXXX the individual consumer an natural person, did not give permission to NCB Management Services Incorporated to obtain my nonpublic personal information. This company are in violation of 15 usc 1692d - Harassment or abuse ( 2 ) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader. 15 usc 1681q - Obtaining information under false pretenses. Any person who knowingly and willfully obtaines information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both. 15 usc 1692 b- Acquisition of location ( 2 ) not state that such consumer owes any debt ; ( 5 ) not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt ; XXXX are in violation of 15 usc 6802 - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information ( b ) OPT OUT ( 1 ) A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless- ( A ) ( B ) ( C ), XXXX did not clearly and conspicuously disclose to me that such information were being disclosed to a third party ; nor was I given the opportunity to opt out of my information being disclosed, before the time that such information was disclosed. Also I was not given an explanation of how I could exercise that nondisclosure option by XXXX agents. My right to privacy have been infringed upon.
