Nelnet 's website does not work. I have tried multiple times to get my statements as their numbers do not match us with what I expect. I have relentlessly been called and threatened and then they realized they screwed up, sent an email about administrative forbearance with no context and no numbers to support their claims and I am no longer past due but I think my account balance is wrong and I can not get the statements from their website to verify this information. They don't have the resources to handle these loans nor the resources to run a stable website at all. Starting to think Nelnet is a scam to harvest government money.
